Maričić Dragan, Attorney at Law
Dragan is the founder of a law office with decades of experience, distinguished by consistent commitment to the highest standards of legal practice and significant results in complex court proceedings. Dragan equally successfully advises and represents clients in the areas of civil, administrative and criminal law. In doing so, he combines broad legal knowledge with a practical and efficient approach to solving legal problems, while the scope of his practice allows him interdisciplinary insight and a comprehensive understanding of complex legal situations.
He has developed special expertise in the fields of construction and real estate transactions, including all legal issues related to the status of real estate, issuance of acts related to the construction of buildings, disposal and management of real estate. At the same time, he is an experienced representative in property disputes.
Additionally, the scope of his legal practice encompasses advising and representing clients in the areas of traffic law, insurance law, and family law.
During one period of absence from law practice, Dragan has managed the Directorate for Controlling the Application of Customs Regulations of the RS Customs Administration.

Ljiljana Kostić Perović, Attorney at Law
Ljiljana specializes in advising and representing clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law, contract and property relations. Broad and combined knowledge in these areas enables her to successfully navigate through a complex business environment, while finding solutions adjusted to the client’s industries and needs. She has been a key adviser in numerous business transfers, including privatisations, mergers & acquisitions and other business transactions.
Ljiljana has a strong and diverse background, both at the level of creation and at the level of application of law, which enables her to provide competent legal support in often complex and demanding regulatory and compliance issues. Additionally, the main areas of her practice are accompanied by professional assistance in matters of intellectual property, labor and tax law.
Prior to joining the law office, Ljiljana served as an advisor to the Legislative Commission, working in the fields of constitutional, corporate and civil law. She has also published several professional articles in legal journals, addressing issues of property and corporate law.
